Atomberg Technologies has received SEBI approval for its proposed IPO, which includes a fresh issue of up to Rs 450 crore and an offer for sale of 7.65 crore shares by existing shareholders.

Consumer appliances maker Atomberg Technologies has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India for its proposed initial public offering. The IPO will include a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 450 crore and an offer for sale of 7.65 crore shares by existing shareholders. Atomberg has not yet announced the price band or timeline for the issue.
Atomberg plans to use Rs 90 crore from the fresh issue proceeds to repay or prepay borrowings. It will allocate Rs 150 crore toward brand awareness and performance marketing, and Rs 100 crore toward research and development. The remaining proceeds are planned for general corporate purposes.
Founded in 2012 by Manoj Meena, with Sibabrata Das joining as co-founder in 2013, Atomberg initially focused on energy-efficient ceiling fans. The company has since expanded into mixer grinders, water purifiers, cold-pressed juicers and other consumer appliances. It also manufactures and supplies proprietary motors, controllers and components to enterprise customers such as Voltas, Godrej and Blue Star through Atomberg Innovations.
Atomberg’s revenue from operations rose 34.8% to Rs 1,293.77 crore in FY26 from Rs 959.51 crore in FY25. Its adjusted EBITDA declined to Rs 37.12 crore from Rs 51.35 crore, while its FY26 loss stood at Rs 148.88 crore, narrowing from Rs 199.08 crore in FY24. A91 Partners has sold shares worth around Rs 445 crore while retaining a 21% stake, according to IPO disclosures. ICICI Securities, Avendus Capital and IIFL Capital Services are the book-running lead managers for the issue.
