Daydream launched two new iPhone features built with Apple’s iOS 27 developer tools. The app can now turn saved outfit photos into shoppable results and let users search for clothing and accessories through Siri without opening Daydream.

To use the features, users need an iPhone running iOS 27 with Siri AI enabled and the Daydream app installed. The app is free to download on iOS devices.

Camera Roll Outfits Become Product Searches

The first feature uses Apple’s image-context capabilities to analyze outfit photos already saved in a user’s Photos app. Daydream identifies individual pieces in an image and surfaces shoppable matches or similar styles from its catalog of roughly 3 million products.

A screenshot from Instagram or Pinterest can become the starting point for a shopping search. If the exact item is still available, Daydream can match it back to the retailer; if not, it shows similar options.

The second feature lets users make natural-language shopping requests by voice or text through Siri. A user could ask Siri to search Daydream for a specific item or occasion-based outfit need, and Daydream returns personalized results.

The experience can be more tailored when users set up Daydream’s Style Passport. That profile includes details such as sizes, preferred brands, personal style, and budget.

Why It Matters for AI Shopping

Daydream is part of a growing wave of AI shopping tools focused on product discovery. The company is positioning these features as steps toward a broader shopping agent that understands a user’s style across more everyday contexts.

Daydream says its app has more than 1.5 million shoppers browsing products from more than 325 retailers and 10,000 brands. Its retail lineup includes Anthropologie, Dolce & Gabbana, Uniqlo, J.Crew, Reformation, Gucci, and Nordstrom.
