According to regulatory filings cited by Entrackr, General Catalyst invested Rs 38.20 crore, Elevation Capital invested Rs 5.20 crore, and Flamel Performing Creatives Private Limited invested Rs 48 lakh. The company’s board approved the issuance of 12,309 Series A CCPS at an issue price of Rs 35,643.64 per share.
Entrackr estimated Disha’s post-money valuation at around Rs 288 crore, up 52% from Rs 190 crore in the previous round. The company had earlier raised $3.5 million, about Rs 26 crore, in a seed round led by Elevation Capital and Venture Highway.
The fresh capital is intended for working capital, AI model and technology platform development, business and operations expansion, strengthening the capital base, and general corporate purposes. Disha is an AI-powered health coaching platform offering personalized diet, fitness and chronic-care support. The platform covers 15 conditions and provides 24×7 coaching in Hindi, English and Hinglish.
The company claims 70 lakh sign-ups, 3 lakh active users and 1.4 crore messages. Its positioning combines AI-led engagement with ongoing coaching for health, diet and chronic-care needs.
After the latest allotment, Aman Singla and Divyansh Jain hold the largest stakes in Disha at 31.10% each. General Catalyst holds 13.33%, Elevation Capital holds 9.96%, the ESOP pool stands at 9.02%, Venture Highway owns 4.07%, and Flamel Performing Creatives holds 0.17%.
Angel investors Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Ankush Sachdeva and Digital Sparrow Capital each hold around 0.16% in the company. Disha is yet to report FY26 numbers; in FY25, revenue doubled to Rs 4.91 crore from Rs 2.47 crore in FY24, while its loss narrowed 22.5% to Rs 4.45 crore from Rs 5.74 crore.
