Simplismart Set to Raise $9 Million Series B Led by Dallas Venture Capital

Generative AI infrastructure startup Simplismart is set to raise nearly Rs 97 crore, around $9 million, in a Series B round led by Dallas Venture Capital, according to Entrackr.

Simplismart is set to raise nearly Rs 97 crore, around $9 million, in a Series B round led by Dallas Venture Capital. Existing investors Accel India and Shastra VC are participating, along with new investor Micromax Informatics.

The company’s board has approved issuing 12,100 CCPS at an issue price of Rs 37 lakh each, according to regulatory filings reviewed by Entrackr. Dallas Venture Capital will invest Rs 44.84 crore, followed by Accel India at Rs 24.09 crore, Shastra VC at Rs 22.24 crore and Micromax Informatics at Rs 5.19 crore.

Entrackr estimates that the Bengaluru-based company will be valued at around Rs 826 crore post allotment. The fresh capital is planned for long-term growth, business expansion, working capital requirements and other general corporate purposes.

After the allotment, Accel India will remain Simplismart’s largest institutional shareholder with a 19.92% stake. Dallas Venture Capital and Shastra VC Fund II will hold 6.23% and 2.69%, respectively, while Micromax Informatics will own 0.63%.

Founded in 2022 by former Oracle and Google engineers Amritanshu Jain and Devansh Ghatak, Simplismart develops AI infrastructure software for enterprises. Its platform helps companies deploy, manage and optimize production-grade AI models without writing code.

The company describes its product as an inference-first platform that improves GPU utilization and reduces inference costs. It supports workloads including large language models, vision language models, speech recognition, and image and video generation.

Simplismart counts Tata 1mg, Mindtickle, InVideo and Dashtoon among its customers. It has also partnered with Nvidia to make its AI inference platform available on the chipmaker’s infrastructure.

In May 2026, The Economic Times reported that Nvidia was in talks to lead a $20 million funding round in Simplismart, and the startup previously raised $7 million in October 2024. Entrackr reports that the company is yet to generate significant operating revenue: operating revenue doubled to Rs 1.22 crore in FY25 from Rs 61 lakh in FY24, while losses widened to Rs 9.02 crore from Rs 67 lakh.
