
Profit rose 8.5X to Rs 34 crore as operating revenue grew 32% to Rs 437 crore.
TBO Tek reported strong Q1 FY27 growth, with operating revenue rising to Rs 926 crore and profit increasing to Rs 83 crore, led by hotel and package bookings.


TBO Tek reported operating revenue of Rs 926 crore in Q1 FY27, up from Rs 511 crore in Q1 FY26, according to unaudited financial results filed with the National Stock Exchange. Including Rs 13 crore in other income, total income stood at Rs 939 crore versus Rs 524 crore a year earlier. On a sequential basis, operating revenue rose 13.8% from Rs 814 crore in Q4 FY26.

Hotel and package bookings remained TBO Tek’s largest revenue stream, contributing Rs 800 crore in Q1 FY27. That was up 89.1% from Rs 423 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from air ticketing rose marginally to Rs 81 crore from Rs 78 crore, while other operating revenue climbed to Rs 45 crore from Rs 10.4 crore.

Service fees were the biggest cost component, rising to Rs 373 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 178 crore in the year-ago quarter. Employee benefit expenses increased to Rs 179 crore, while depreciation and finance costs stood at Rs 33 crore and Rs 15 crore, respectively. Overall expenditure grew 83.1% to Rs 835 crore from Rs 456 crore, but profit still increased to Rs 83 crore from Rs 63 crore.

Profit rose 38.3% quarter-on-quarter from Rs 60 crore in Q4 FY26. TBO Tek’s share price closed at Rs 1,522.60, with a total market capitalization of Rs 16,385 crore. The quarter’s main takeaway is that hotel and package bookings powered growth, while higher service fees and employee costs kept expense growth elevated.
