Urban Company says its quick service housekeeping vertical InstaHelp crossed 100,000 delivered orders in a single day, marking another scale milestone after reaching 50,000 daily bookings earlier this year.

Urban Company announced that InstaHelp, its quick service housekeeping vertical, crossed 100,000 delivered orders in a single day. The company said the milestone was reached at 5:54 PM on August 2, and the final number for the day was expected to be higher. The update comes around five months after InstaHelp reached 50,000 daily bookings.
The company framed the figure as a peak daily delivery milestone, while emphasizing that long-term growth will depend on customer retention, service quality and the availability of service professionals. CEO and co-founder Abhiraj Singh Bhal said the milestone reflects growing consumer demand and the strength of the operating model. He also said Urban Company is focused on unit economics, long-term value, Net Transaction Value and contribution per order.
The announcement follows Urban Company’s disclosure of Q1 FY27 results. InstaHelp fulfilled 3.82 million orders during the quarter, up 43% from 2.67 million in Q4 FY26. Its adjusted EBITDA loss per order improved to Rs 346 from Rs 447 in the preceding quarter, according to the article.
Urban Company launched InstaHelp as a pilot in Mumbai in March 2025. The platform offers housekeeping services including cleaning, dishwashing, laundry and meal preparation, with professionals available within 10 to 15 minutes of booking. It currently operates across select micro markets in major metro cities. The article also cites a Moneycontrol report stating that InstaHelp completed around 1.9 million orders in July, while Snabbit completed around 1.85 million orders and Pronto crossed 1.25 million bookings.
